The Laboratory of Structural Biology headed by Matthias Bochtler at the International Institute of Molecular and Cell Biology (IIMCB), Warsaw invites applications from motivated and talented young researchers for a PhD student position.
The successful applicant will join an NCN funded project that focuses on the development of CRISPR nucleases as tools for targeted RNA knockdown, initially in the zebrafish model (https://www.biorxiv.org/content/early/2017/12/04/228775). The planned work will be carried out in collaboration with Dr. Gintautas Tamulaitis, Prof. Virgis Sisknys (IBT, Lithuania) and Dr. Cecilia Winata (the Laboratory of Zebrafish Developmental Genomics, IIMCB).
